If you have a 5-step calibration block you can email us the following:

• Pictures showing the reading at each of the 5 increments
• Picture of the serial number on the bottom side of thumb handle 
• A copy of your original purchase invoice, if available.  We can only certify the pressure with a proof of purchase date.   

We will then send you a calibration certificate (example)

Needle Adjustment - $60 + parts if necessary (lens or needle replacement)
