Typical shipping cost is approximately $80–$100 via ground service (3–4 business days).

The unit does not require freight or pallet shipping and can ship via standard ground service.

Q: What warranty is included?

The MA601 includes an 18-month manufacturer warranty.

Coverage includes:

• Free replacement parts if needed
• Replacement instructions provided by the manufacturer

There is no on-site service, but replacement components can be installed easily with guidance.

After the warranty period, replacement parts remain available from Charder at reasonable cost.

Demo / Trial Policy

Q: Is a demo or trial available?

No formal trial program is available.

However:

• A 30-day return policy applies.
• Customers receive a 100% refund of the product price if returned within 30 days.
• The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Software & Computer Requirements

Q: What are the system requirements for the Charder Insight software?

Minimum requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Hard Drive: Minimum 1GB free space
• Memory: Minimum 1GB RAM
• Screen Resolution: Minimum 1280 × 720
• Permissions: Administrator access required for installation
• Printer Requirements: Charder devices are designed to be compatible with Printers that are PCL5 or above. Compatible printer models from several common printer brands include: Brother, Canon, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Kyocera, Ricoh, Xerox. 

 

 

Installation:
The software can simply be downloaded to a desktop computer and used immediately.

If integration with a larger network or IT system is required, this would typically be handled by your IT team. Charder can provide technical details if needed.

Q: Is the MA601 FDA cleared?

Yes. The MA601 is registered as an FDA Class II medical device.

Connectivity & Software Fees

Q: Does the machine connect wirelessly?

The MA601 does include Wi-Fi capability; however, the Wi-Fi function only provides network connectivity. To actually transmit data over Wi-Fi, the device must be integrated with a dedicated API web service, which typically requires setup by an IT specialist.

Because of this, most clinics instead use the USB connection with the Charder Insight software, which is simple to install and works immediately without additional network configuration.

Q: Are there any monthly charges for use of the software?

No. There are no monthly charges for use of the Charder Insight software.
